Gender Inclusion

Promoting Gender Equality in ICT

Our project demonstrates exceptional gender inclusion with 86% female participation among trained instructors. This achievement highlights Myanmar's commitment to empowering women in technology education and leadership roles.

While gender participation was remarkably high, we continue to support female instructors in advancing to leadership and decision-making positions within their institutions.
